: Overcharge, Again
Do not use this broker! This is the second time the balance due to the driver is higher than the quoted price from Tania at Upscale. The last time in 2019 the difference was $250 and it was almost six weeks before we received our refund and that only happened after MANY emails. This time it is $100 and no response at all from Tania since my original email on January 28th. Communication from Tania has been poor (both times) at best. (more)

Wow, these people are the worse. Took my deposit money, I wrote them 5 emails stating that I had to sale my car so I won’t be needing services anymore. The girls number said it was “no longer in service” they didn’t answer any of my calls and none of my emails and kept my deposit even though I was in the guidelines provided to make the cancellation and receive a full refund. These people are frauds and I would never recommend them. I would honestly report them if I could. 0 stars save your money and your time. Big mistake (more)

Shipped my car from GA to NM with no issues. I’ve been trying to get the car down from school due to COVID and upscale was able to handle all the restrictions of the school to make it happen. I’m happy I got my car back. (more)

: BEWARE !!! WILL Take your Money
BEWARE! contract signed to move vehicle. info for transport company was inaccurate and no way to contact transport. tried getting back with upscale and no response. booked another transport to move vehicle due to timeframe and no response from 42 Logistics or Upscale Auto Transport...
Now they are NOT refunding me because they say i signed the contract and they cant control the transport company ??? Many other reviews online stating same thing about Upscale Auto... They will just take your money and say its a contract issue !! Sketchy as f (more)
