: Horrible Experience
I have never been so insulted in my life. I called to get a quote to ship my car and did not receive an answer so I did not leave a message. Why did Bill call me back and go off on me. I am like this man is crazy and rude and does not know what good customer service is. I am so glad he did not answer the phone when I 1st called. I would not want him to handle anything I have.

Unprofessional we had choice used in our discussion for negotiating price. Constantly harasses through "marketing" with his over priced service due to excessive 200$ broker fee. Bill is volatile and a loose cannon in regards to his attitude. Would not recommend using this service. (more)

Transport Connection is by far the best vehicle transport service we have used for moving our corporate vehicles. Bill is very knowledgeable and honest. When we get a quote for the services, he is usually spot on. Whether it is your first vehicle transport or you are looking for a new transport company, I urge you to call Transport Connection. They are very professional and personable. I would not move a vehicle with any other company. (more)

I call this company and when this guy answers the phone he rudely say um on the phone i call you back. okay i wait 2 hours go by no call. i call again leave message 4 hours go by no call. so i call phone rings no asnswer,call again he answers and says don't be calling me back to back i will call you when i am ready! what , really guy! we exchange some words then he flat out call me a nigg$ Wow now your throwing racial slurs.. Dont care if your cheap if you can't respect patrons then your worthless.Don't touch this company absolut trash! (more)

: Bill Avrich - Rude and Abusive
My daughter was looking for quotes via email ONLY to limit many calls. Since she had to fill in a phone number to complete the quote she put 555-5555. This is the reply she got from "Company President" BILL AVRICH.

The phone number that you provided, (617) 555-5555 is BULLSHIT. If you cannot provide a valid phone number then you will need to go elsewhere...to an inferior-rated company where they tolerate such nonsense.

: Dishonest Quote, Rude, Abusive
Contacted Transport Connection for a quote to transport my vehicle from VA to HI. This Bill Avrich guy quotes me $1880 but when he contacted me to ink the deal, the price jumped to $2300. When I stated that the new quote was a bit high considering I could use the same company transporting my other vehicle thru the military for $2100, Avrich starts screaming over the phone about how professional he is, that I don't know anything about the costs involved and that I am a cheapskate. He then hung up. Not sure what to make of this behavior other than to stay clear of anyone who exhibits this rude, disrespectful and abusive behavior.
Update- shortly after I posted a negative review of Transport Connection on Transport Reviews, Avrich called me to say he was taking the review down, then called me an "a**h%*$" and hung up. Avoid this company- research the many complaints about this guy's behavior and you'll come to the same conclusion. (more)

When I told Bill Avrich his price was too high this was his response on Apparently, you don't get it...this is not "my" price. I quoted you the accurate industry standard rate. If you cannot afford it, then you will not be able to ship your car."
My response: Apparently you are a dick.
His reply: You suck WHAT???
