I've chosen this company through one of my friend's recommendation, I'm much thankful to say I had no problems with them so far. The pickup of my vehicle was on time; they just took three days for the transaction, no hassles, nothing happened during the process. They were very friendly and reassuring throughout the process. I decided to ship my car from Colorado to North Carolina using transport company.My friend refered me this company and I decided to go with this company.I am impressed by their service.My car was quoted to arrive in 6 days and took only 4.Overall experience was great, except for the confusing terms about the insurance. This is the second time I have used them and was very satisfied both times. I have done some research in website and found that TP has a great customer rating. The car arrived dirty in the outside but there were no scratches and dents .When ever I called this company, there were some people to answer my questions and they responded to my email on time with precise information. This was the second time we used TP Transport and will definitely use them again. Their customer service was great .We so appreciated the communication and follow-up by TP Auto before, during, and after the delivery of our vehicle to confirm schedules, track progress, answer questions, and check to see if our needs had been met.
