My daughter and I had read reviews on this and various other auto shipping companies and were tempted to just drive the car to MS! We were scared due to all the negative comments and nightmares happening just to ship a car. I was however highly impressed to say the least with Ro-Way express! They went above and beyond our expectations! They said the car would be picked up between 11am and 1pm and it was! Then Emil said it would be delivered by Sunday at 7am or as early as Saturday night....well it arrived Saturday early evening! It worked perfectly for my daughter and I. The ONLY difficulty I had was over the phone trying to understand their thick Romanian accents. I had to have them repeat themselves several times and they were patient explaining the process. Emil was a delight in person and I felt like he knew exactly what he was doing and he is a fast hard worker and did a beautiful job delivering my beloved 2006 Honda Accord to my even more beloved daughter!! I would NOT hesitate to ship another car with them...in a heartbeat! They are wonderful! Thank you Emil and Gabriela (more)

They are great car haulers. I agree they do have heavy accents, but they are great, friendly honest and overall great car haulers. They obiviously know what they are doing. Whenever I want to ship my car, I dont hesitate to give them a call, and they always help me out. (more)

Everyone at ro-way express was very responsive and helpful in setting up the delivery of our vehicle. David answered all of my questions. Calin (the actual driver with Lux Auto Transport based in Ohio) did an amazing job with giving daily updates and even came earlier than the scheduled time. The vehicle was in great condition with no issues during the transport. I would definitely recommend ro-way express and Lux Auto Transport to anyone needs their vehicle shipped. (more)

: Terrible Driving
I did not use this company to transport my car, however I was driving next to one when he was swerving in and out of my lane almost taking me out. I kept honking at him so he would know that he was starting to swerve in my lane and instead honked back at me. TERRIBLE driving, like a maniac. I wouldn't want my car being driven by one of these guys if I wanted it to come back in one piece. Venice Blvd, 8am, 10/25 in LA. AWFUL driving! (more)

Ro-Way Express delivered on everything they said they would. I had never transported a car before and did not know anything other than what I saw on the internet. Ro-Way assured me of all of the details, picked up my car earlier than first expected, but called me to arrange this, and delivered my car to Maryland in five days. The driver was very professional and courteous on both pickup and delivery and my car arrived in the same condition it left in. I would definitely use this company again. (more)

Everything went perfect in an appropriate manner. This is my second time using this transport to ship my vehicle. I basically shipped because of my job relocation but after reaching the place I was not comfortable so came back again to the same place. Both the time I used them for the vehicle shipment. They performed consistently by following their ethics well!! (more)

Overall the service was outstanding. Quoted Price was accurate. Everything was fulfilled as promised; Condition of vehicle at delivery was excellent. I found the service from Row way was excellent very fast. They found me a carrier very quickly and the carrier was nice to deal with. They were very quick to email me back and pickup and delivery was fast and on time. (more)
