: I will recommend their company to everyone
This is the best auto transport company that you could ever use! I contacted Linda on Thursday (October 20th). She had the truck picked up Friday (October 21st). I have the vehicle in my driveway tonight (Monday October 24th). It came from California to Texas in this amount of time! Amazing communication from Linda and Jeff at Rivercity Auto Transport! The driver (Jergen) was the best! He called us 3 times while he was on the way letting us know his progress. He was very polite and not a scratch on the vehicle! I highly recommend River City Auto Transport! They were there every time that I called, and they were prompt with my questions, and very informative about every step of the transaction. I will recommend their company to everyone that I know! Thank you for everything! (more)

: Very pleased with River City Auto Transport
This was my first attempt to have a car moved from Arizona to California using the transport company. I placed calls/emails to three separate companies, and River City Auto was the most responsive and specific of all three. My car picked on time and delivered my car in fantastic condition.The driver was also a nice person who was very careful putting the car in behind the 65 Corvette that was already on the trailer.Overall a very good experience - we would definitely recommend them to others and I will use them in future. I was pleased with the overall experience of this transaction. River City Auto Transport gave me all the help and patience I needed and I was uncomfortable giving out my credit card till car was picked up because another company last year who abused my credit card. River City Auto Transport exceeded my expectations.My car was picked up on time and delivered on time with no damage at the price I needed with no damage will definitely keep them in mind if I ever have a need to move a car or anyone in my family needs to move one. This was the 2nd time I used River City Auto Transport in the past 3 yrs and like the first time; my experience with them was excellent. I was very impressed with this company.The driver was also easy to get in contact with and provided me an estimated delivery time and an agreed upon place to meet.Staffs at this transport were friendly, knowledgable and they answered all my questions on time.i would recommend this company to my family and friends.Thank you for your great work!!! The price is very reasonable compared to other companies. No matter the challenges, River City Auto Transport accomplishes what they promise in both a professional and cordial fashion. Very friendly,Great customer service, well informed and very much on time on everything, the truck driver and his daughter were very helpful and very nice about getting back to us. I have never had to use this service before, so I encounter thousands of offers available with price ranging all over the spectrum making the decision very complicated. Decision balanced for this company based on their reviews and number of operations during the last year. The driver gave me plenty of notice when he was arriving in town allowing me to make arrangements to meet the transport. Car arrived at time at perfect condition. I would do business with them again if the need comes up. (more)

They were easy to communicate with at all times in the transport process. We appreciate the ease, flexibility, and customer service from this company. They picked the car up as scheduled and delivered it to my 89 year old mother on schedule right to her doorstep. Good job Specialty!! I was very happy with the services of River City Auto Transport.
