Rays Transport - Review

I needed my car moved from Dayton, Oh to Fredericksburg, Va. The driver was friendly and took care loading my 2001 chrystler van. Everything went as they said it would. The whole thing took 4 days. The price was $400 and well worth it. All as promised and would use them again.  (more)

Had the best experience with this company. I purchased a Sprinter van in Portland and needed it towed to Salem. I called ahead of time to get a quote. Super friendly and helpful- answered my questions and gave me a quote. Even though there was a minor miscommunication about the pickup address, the driver called to figure out the right location and still arrived in a great mood and we chatted about the sprinter. He even unloaded at my house in a bit of a difficult spot and got the van exactly where I wanted it. And all this for what I felt was a great price (I have been charged more for an impound at a local apartment complex!) Thanks for the great service. Would 100% reccomend and trust this company for any future towing needs.  (more)

After having issues with the car, I need a tow to the dealership and did not have a whole lot of options. I selected Rays Transport by their good reviews in website.I called them and obtained the quote for transporting my car.They emailed me with all of the information that I needed to make another choice for a shipper. We exchanged perhaps many emails until I was satisfied that this company would fit my needs. I was very nervous at first, but after they had delivered my vehicle at my door i was so impressed how the guys unloaded it. Rays Transport did not charge my credit card until the car was picked up.I would recommend this company to all my friends.  (more)

Now a day it's rare to get such incredible service and professionalism. I selected this company through online. I am satisfied with this company service. Driver was knowledgeable and he picked my car in time and delivered my car in time and did an excellent job in delivery of my car. My car was little dirty but driver explained me the situation and it was understandable. Customer service was excellent and I would use Rays Transport again and recommend the company to anyone without hesitation. They did great job!!!Keep it up  (more)

Customer Service was very knowledgeable and gave me accurate information about pick-up and delivery times. It was very easy to reach them by phone when I had questions. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable, the car arrived early and in great shape. The service with Rays Transport was great all around and I would use them again.
