I contacted Reliable Carrier Group , when the other broker mentioned that they were not sure about the pick up date even though the other broker had been promising me a guaranteed pickup date for last one month(when I paid the deposit). I had a unique situation that my Toyota Sienna needs to be reached by 23rd June and called Alex with RCG on June 16th afternoon. Alex told me that he would like to get a truck asap.Within an hour he called me and told that truck is available to pick up my van on 17th morning and I paid the deposit( RCG charges deposit only when they find a truck - kinda unique in this business). My Van was picked up on 17th morning by Ricardo and Gerge ( very nice guys) and reached California on 22nd morning. Very happy with the whole process.
Will be more than happy to use RCG for the future needs. (more)

: it was a pleasure to do business with them.
I have never shipped a car before and I was really concerned about doing so. I received bids from several different companies and they were all very similar in amounts. I researched all of them and chose RCG Logistics based on their positive customer reveiws.
My research paid off and they did a wonderful job of shipping the car promptly and it arrived with no damage whatsoever. The car was picked up on the exact day they promised and it was delivered on the exact day they promised. There was no increases in the price and I would use them again if I needed to ship another car. They are trustworthy, honest and it was a pleasure to do business with them. (more)

Fast, simple, safe, AND friendly was all I could ask during this pandemic. Could not have had an easier transaction with these guys. I worked with Felix and he was just icing on the cake. Cannot wait to use their services again. (more)

I had an excellent experience with this company shipping my car from Southern California to North Carolina! I felt the process was simple and efficient. My car arrived way earlier than I originally imagined it would and it came out in the same condition it was given. I would certainly use this company again if I needed to ship another vehicle without question. (more)

I had a tight schedule and was very daunted by the driver who called me honestly and actually changed his plans to meet me and my car delayed at night in a shopping mall parking lot to pick up my car. He put me at ease about my anxiety for my new car and it was delivered across the country in great condition and on time. I was definitely use this company once more. (more)

: Fast and reliable transport
Vehicle was picked up on time and delivered within the time enclose promised. The driver was polite and handled the vehicle properly even though it wasn't running. I would use dependable carriers group again (more)
