All the process went pretty well. My cousin recommended this company to me because he moved down here with them last month. I made my car ready to go soon as it was unloaded and it is a great experience I had so far ever. The customer care people were very helpful. An interesting and comfortable move. (more)

: R & J Auto Transport
This is my first time to use R & J Auto Transport and I was in fact pleasantly surprised by the totality of service! The only thing that could probably be improved would be to have more proactive communication about the status of the shipment. My car was picked up and delivered ahead of schedule and the quote was very competitive. This is my second time using R & J Auto Transport and will continue to use only them for transporting my vehicles. (more)

After doing my research, most of the companies with the lower quotes had less that mediocre reviews and some of them weren't even on the review site. They were one of the first to contact us with a quote and after receiving and reviewing seven other quotes we decided to go with R & J Auto Transport. Staff at R & J transport was very good and knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. I was very pleased with the entire process of R & J transport and if we could have afforded it, I would ship our other car too. You did a good job! Keep it up!! (more)

: Good pricing and terms.
I bought a vehicle via eBay out of state. Although eBay provides some transportation options, I figured I have a look myself. I am very glad I did. I requested some quotes and choose this company based on reviews. Great customer service, well informed and very much on time on everything, the truck driver and his daughter were very helpful and very nice about getting back to us. Pickup was a day later than expected but communication was excellent. I would use the R & J Auto Transport service again anytime I needed a car transport and highly recommend to others. (more)

The vehicle was brand new when it was picked up and it was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Their service, pricing, and professionalism allows me to rate them in the "excellent" category .I would definitely recommend R & J Auto Transport to anyone who is looking to transport a vehicle.
