Subject : it arrived in California on time.

I was brokered to Quality Transport, who carried my Prius from MA to CA. Communication with Dispatch was difficult - they rarely returned phone calls when they said they would. But the car was picked up more or less on time, and it arrived in California on time. I donot know if I would search them out to be my first choice, but if I was brokered to them again I would not hesitate to use them. (more)

Subject : great experience

This company is great! We traveled a few years ago and had a car service booked who never showed. I decided for my trip this year we would try Quality and see if they would be any better. They arrived early to pick us up and parked across the street to wait until pickup time. This was great because I did not feel rushed to be ready early but made me feel good that they were there for me. The driver was so friendly and sociable. She joked with us, asked about our trip, and made the ride comfortable. The vehicle was clean, ran very smooth, and was plenty big enough for our group. For not much more than the parking fee at the cheap lot across the street, and for less money than parking on the airport grounds, they pick you up and drop you off right at the front door. Subject : Good Company

John was great, calm, and very understanding when I had a problem with payment secondary to a card being stolen. He was great, so much better than other companies I called. (more)

Subject : Car Transport

Chris was attentive, honest and easy to work with.Integrity isn�t easy to come by with brokers, Chris is the exception. If I had to relocate again Chris would be my first phone call. (more)
