Terrible company. Quoted me $760 to ship my car, then raised the price to $910. When I objected, they stated they would send me two $300 gasoline vouchers good at most gas stations, as long as I did not cancel my order. After my car was delivered, I had numerous email exchanges with the company, and telephone calls (they usually routed my calls to voicemail), but never received my gas vouchers. Typical bait and switch tactics. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go with a higher price carrier that has honest people working for it. (more)

Thanks so much to the Entire Family, Literaly Family at POLAR EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT INC. NICK HARRINGTON WAS MORE THEN PROMPT AND WAS MY FIRST CALL. THERE WAS NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER THEE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I FEL COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE HANDING ONE OF MY BIGGEST ASSETS I HAVE! NICK YOU THE MAN! GOD BLESS AND I WILL SPEAK TO YOU NEXT YEAR. ( I ALSO HAVE A FEW OTHER SNOWBIRDS I WORK WITH THAT NEED TRANSPORT...AFTER THE WEATHER THIS YEAR THEY WILL NEVER DRIVE BACK UP NORTH AGAIN!) (more)

Thank you for shipment of my Chevy cruze to Osprey, FL. Driver was intelligent and very kind. I would recommend friends or family to American Standard. They have a customer service department which handles calls after hours. A great experience overall. (more)

I appreciate you guy's helping me get my car to me. Its been nightmare of a move for me. Thanks for being on time and even Early for Drop off. The movers came withe the furniture the day after so it would of been hectic if you delivered it on the day originally discussed. Thanks again Nick and American Standard. I recommend them to Everyone!
