Subject : satisfied with the customer service

I transported my vehicle from Illinois to Florida. I am extremely satisfied with the service and customer service quality. Car was picked up and delivered on time. The driver was very commutative through out the whole service. I highly recumbent this company.  (more)

Subject : no response to my request

Piergos Transport would not be reasonable and refused my request to pay for road damages when transporting my vehicle across country. I was told I only had 1 week to make a claim and the car was not available to me for over 3 weeks (received at the final destination). I was very disappointed with this company. I had photos and a bill of lading saying the car had no damages when picked up and still they refused to even have their insurance company contact me.  (more)
