They made picking up my car even in a tight neighborhood quick and easy! My driver was very kind and even got my car shipped several days ahead of schedule. He coordinated well and even made adjustments to the drop-off efficiently all over the phone! A great experience all the way around.  (more)

My most difficult time was deciding who to do business with. I looked over several brokers and carriers but still, I ended up undecided which transport company to go with. Good thing a friend told me he recently shipped his car using Philam Transport so I tried contacting them. I had a number of questions about the process when I called, but my agent Gilbert understood my concerns. I felt secured and entrusted my car to them. The trucker had good communication, was punctual, and professional as well. I then got my car on desired schedule. Am really glad and thankful that I listened to my friend’s referral. It is stressful moving across the country, but Philam made this part of the move less stressful. I got my car on the exact date and time I expected. I have moved from Minnesota to Nevada using Philam Transport and their service was great and with highest satisfaction. The moving truck came to pick up at the committed time and the delivery was made on time without any damages to my car. Both pick up an delivery happened in an agreed time frame. The driver keeps me updated about the place and location of my car and also the estimated delivery date. I got my car right on my doorstep in great shape. I was impressed with how great and efficient the communication from Philam Transport and the truck driver. They are always accessible and the driver gave me updates on the delivery time. I received so many quotes in my email inbox after filling a form online inquiring on how much it will cost me to transport my car. I had one for 499 which was the cheapest so I called them but all I reach was an answering machine. I never got in touch with a real person. It is the first time I needed a service like this so I needed someone who could explain to me how thesystem works even through just a phone call. I finallycame across Philam Transport, they immediately answered my call, walked me thru the process and started working on getting adriver. This was on a Monday that I made the call and by Thursday my car was picked up already. I was very afraid of usin this kind of service but after talking to Gilbert, I trusted him enough and placed my ordorder. I am satisfied withthe service of this company. They were not the cheapest but reasonable enough to place an order. Some companies quoted at 1200, some even at 1500!  (more)

Very often you come across companies that promise the world but never deliver. This is not what happens when you do business with Philam Transport. They are the most reliable car transport company that I dealt with so far. Everything they say, they deliver. Gilbert is incomparable and his company is wonderful. I really thought I was doing do diligence researching and finding a reliable transport company. Pat was outgoing and informative on the phone, reviews were good(for a transport company). I agreed about a month ago, was in constant contact with Pat until the week my truck was suppose to be picked up. First I received an email that it would be picked up over the weekend, the weekend passed, with no pickup of my truck. Then I was told by Pat verbally to expect pickup on Tuesday afternoon and he was sending me an email. The email never arrived. I left several voice messages and emails. No response. My husband was able to get thru (using his phone) to find out there was no scheduled pick up and that they were still unable to find a driver. I have emails stating I would have it delivered on the 24 or 25 of June. They have had a month to find a driver. If the bid we too low, they should have contacted me immediately. The owner Gilberton offered to take my truck and store it until they find a driver. Umm I dont think so. In summary, the drivers will always choose the higher bid. Do not take the lowest or even second lowest offer you receive. Thanks for nothing Patrick at Philam Transport  (more)
