: best customer service ever for transporting
This company is awesome, best customer service ever for transporting a car and i have a lot of experience transporting cars. Bev, Patty and Ben Thank you so much for making this transport so easy and with such short notice on my end (Called on Wednesday and had my car from Omaha to Minnesota) the next day !! I really appreciate your ability to accommodate my sudden request and provide updates every time i called. Seriously use this company for any auto transport, They own all of there own trucks and are always easy to contact. (more)

Having used a number of Transport Companies, Parkway is right up there at the top. They are always courteous and considerate. I have used their services many times without any issues.

: Don't use this company
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The office personnel are rude to you on the phone especially Renee. They are condescending and arrogant. They overcharge and have higher rates than other carriers. The drivers are all pretty good but they are treated very poorly, I have had the opportunity to work with 4 of them and they all were good but did not like mgmt at this company at all. Be VERY careful and plz reconsider and use someone else. (more)
