Pacific Eastern Express - Review

Contracted through High End Transport to bring a vehicle I purchased from West Virginia to California. They in turn gave the job to Pacific Eastern who did a wonderful job in carefully transdporting my vehicle. Constantine the driver was in constant contact at both ends of this job and was on time for pick up and delivery. Could not of asked High End Transport to select a better transporter than Pacific Eastern to move my vehicle.  (more)

We wanted to ship our SUV from Fort Lauderdale to California and I received bids from more than a dozen auto transporters. After exhaustive research, I selected Pacific Eastern Express for three reasons (1) they quoted $1,065, one of the best door-to-door rates, (2) they did not require a deposit and (3) the sales person Connie made me feel confident that everything would go as planned. While Pacific Eastern has some of their own transporters, they subcontracted A Unique Transport to carry my vehicle. When I checked their BBB standing, both companies seemed to have never had any complaints so I felt pretty good about my selection. Before shipping, Connie promptly responded to all of my questions, provided me with all the documentation I requested and reassured me when I expressed concerns. Even with all these positive signs, I was still a little nervous because of the many unscrupulous operators in the auto transport industry. My vehicle was picked up on-time in Fort Lauderdale and actually arrived a few days early in California. We opted to pick it up at their terminal and by doing so we were able to avoid two additional days of a rental car. The vehicle was exactly how we had given it to them and the price was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend Pacific Eastern Express and A Unique Transport. Both companies were very service oriented and delivered everything they promised. We could not have been happier with our experience. It was better than expected.  (more)

PEX was the subcontracted carrier for my Porsche 997. They did an impeccable job from start to finish. The driver did the inspection at the dealer's and called one day before arrival to ensure everything was okay. Highly recommended.  (more)

This is the first time I have used franks transport company, and the experience was great. Emails from the company on information of delivery were constant. Driver info was sent... Arrival was early than expected and that was great.They were on time picking my car up, and early delivering it, which was, in my case, not a problem.There was some dirt in my car during the delivery since I choosed open carrier for transport it was acceptable.Overall I am satisfied with this company and I would recommend Pacific Eastern Express without hesitation and use their service for my future transport needs.  (more)
