: Highest Recommendation.
p.a.t.s auto transport provided me with superb service. however, if you are just trying to find the lowest cost for auto transport, donot read any further. this auto transport company is not the lowest cost, although its not the highest - its in the middle of the pack. what they will provide is the highest integrity, and the best and friendliest service you will find at any price. and no i am not related to anyone in the company, nor on their payroll. i am just an extremely satisifed customer trying to spread the word about p.a.t.s.
they worked with me to try to find the best pickup time and day FOR ME, then was flexible on delivery - to my door. the estimated transport time was correct also.
my car antenna was accidently bent during the transport. without any questions, they told me to fix it and send them the bill. i received a refund several days later!
you may not need an auto transport company often, but when you do, call p.a.t.s. first. (more)

I would give it a 0 if I could. Do not use Pats to ship you car or truck. If there is an emergency or something changes you will have to wait 8 months for half of the refund. I only got half when I threatened to take her to small claims court. I have emails and phone messages with her promising to pay me back. The latest thing that has happened to Pat is that her bank account was wiped out right as she was going to mail my check to me. It has been almost 8 months, since I canceled my shipping. I want the rest of my money $485. (more)

Josh at P.A.T.S. Auto Transport & Shipping was very cooperative in finding me a carrier to transport my truck from New York to Tennessee. He stayed on top of the position and worked with me on the price. I wish it could have been a small cheaper but I am very pleased with the overall experience. I would use them once more if I purchase another vehicle off eBay or any other site or place. Thanks for your quick and precise response. (more)

: Helpful, fast and reliable
My friend refered me this company and I am impressed by their service. P.A.T.S. Auto Transport & Shipping were not the cheapest and not the most expensive ones but their rating was excellent and I was ready to pay for good quality. My car was picked on time and delivered on time as planned.There was no damages and but my arrived little dirt and after car wash everything was perfect.Very good customer service and they really worked very well.I would use this company again if i needed a car to be transported. I researched websites for ratings and called several companies to ask questions and check prices before selecting P.A.T.S. Auto Transport & Shipping. They offered me the best quote and responded properly and they explained me about the shipment. They picked up the truck, delivered it and everything was excellent! There were no problems with this transport, the staffs were exceptional, friendly and always answered my phones and responded properly. I recommend this company to anyone in need of transport service in timely manner. (more)
