Non Stop Auto Transport Inc - Review

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! NO communication updating me on my car. Picked up my car 5 days late. Delivered it 6 days later than I was told. If I could have given them a 1/2 star I would have. I suggest anyone who may consider hiring them, RUN away and pick someone else. No updates on a daily basis, I, the customer, had to call for updates. I wish I had read reviews before I signed up with this terrible shipping company. Even their dispatch manager would not even call me with updates. STAY AWAY from this customer!  (more)

Beyond having zero customer service, I was called by George from Non Stop and was cursed out and than hung up on, simply for making a deal with a more feasible auto transport company due to my situation. I was infuriated and when I called back to say that that was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had dealing with a company/business, I was then antagonized and repeatedly called to be antagonized for "making a poor choice in using a different company" Most disgusting person I have ever spoken to.
