: Not trusted this company.
An employee who goes by the name Ray for this company has been speaking with my father for over 2 months now. My father and mother obtained them to move their mobile home because he was the cheapest they found as they do not have a lot of money and they are trying to replace everything since their house burnt down. This man has repeatedly been a no show then he will call the next day or hours after with an excuse every time! Wether these have been legitimate reasons or not, a professional business would contact you ahead of the appointment time to say something has come up and they will need to reschedule. I find this company and the gentleman that work there extremely unprofessional and not reliable at all! Save your time and spend a little extra on someone else!

Owner said movers would come in and wrap furniture in a plastic wrap. Make sure they do that for if not wrapped you will find hired help going through your things. Also was quoted a price to move whole house items to Fort Worth. When it came time to call for things to be moved to Texas owner with up on price 350$. Hired help was hinting on a tip after they unloaded and belongings were in the house. Something said do not tip. Glad I listened to myself for we found we were missing several items. This was there tip. Would have rather had items that were missing and had given them a nice cash tip. (more)

: Much Impressive
I just wanted to thank you for your support and the delivery of my new car which was presented by my hubby. I also wanted to state that, in the last two deliveries the drivers have been terrific and just great to work with, they were always focused on the customer side and the deliverance of the car and real car guys. Yesterday deliverance was exceptional they were awesome. It is always a pleasure to do business with you. (more)

: Great Experience:
I had a great experience with Nichols transporting. They are professional and provided excellent communication before, during and after the delivery of my car. I really appreciated their follow up on my request to have a copy of the driver's insurance before the car was picked up. I was concerned about the safety of my car during the trip since it is a classic car but it arrived in great condition and I had no problems. It was a great relief since I have experienced problems with other auto transportation companies that did damage to both the car and personal belongings, did not cover the cost of damage, and did not take half the time that They did to ensure that everything went smoothly.
