National Auto Trans - Review

Awesome service. Once I decided to use them, they were able to pick up my motorcycle in an hour, delivered in a few days. It could not have been any better. I was skeptical at first, not sure which company to use but they were great. The driver was prompt and call me numerous times to keep me informed of his schedule. I would highly recommend.  (more)

My car was delivered fast, on time, and undamaged. It was really dirty like I waited till after it rained before going through the car wash dirty. I have rarely seen a car that dirty. Even so it was an open trailer and I cannot find fault. But when it was delivered the battery was dead on both the car and the portable jump battery. He hooked up the portable jump battery. The power window rolled down a inch. My father and I had to push the car off the trailer. And push it into the drive way. This is were it gets bad. The driver left us with a dead battery and the power window rolled down a inch and it looked like it would rain any second. Panicking my dad removed the battery while I bought a new one at the store. So we did an hour of unnecessary work, paid $150 to replace a perfectly good battery, and got really dirty doing it.  (more)

I had to relocate due to my job and was nervous about driving my car alone cross-country. I did my homework and found this company. After answering all of my MANY questions, I chose to book with them even if I was paying a little bit more than the other companies. I had received quotes from about 3 other companies and they either could not answer my questions or had horrible customer service reps. I am happy that my car made it safe. I chose open carrier as the weather was decent right now. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!  (more)

After doing a lot of research and obtaining several quotes I decided to go with National Auto Trans and I made the right choice. My car was picked up very quickly after my order and was delivered on time even though the weather was not cooperating.There was no hidden charges and they offered very good service at reasonable cost.We would certainly use this carrier again and will recommend then to our friends no problems from the beginning of the transaction until the car was delivered to us.  (more)
