N-Motion Auto Transport - Review

I will definitely use N-Motion again if I need to ship cars across the country. From the start, Maegan was very helpful and responsive. I definitely felt taken care of. The day before the planned pick up, we had a bit if a hiccup with the driver. Sparing the details, he was having a bad day. I called Maegan immediately and she and her teamed worked very quickly to fix the situation and assign a new driver to pick us up. We were quickly rescheduled on another truck and our cars arrived just an hour after we arrived in our new city. The second set of drivers was very polite and professional and was in communication with us on both ends of the transport. Even with the situation we encountered with the first driver, I would definitely recommend working with Meagan and her team again. I feel this level of customer service is hard to find in the moving industry these days. Meagan and her team made this part of our move so much easier.  (more)

We had 2 cars shipped from Ohio to Texas and no problems what so ever! My Wife was sobbing as the driver was loading her 2014 100th anniversary edition Dodge Challenger! Plus my daughters Chevy Cruze went on the same truck. Both arrived at our San Antonio, Tx destination about 1.5 days ahead of schedule! No problems and no issues!  (more)

My husband and I needed to move our Escalade from Los Angeles to Newark, NJ this past week. I did a lot of research on the internet and found that many companies we wanting deposits before they even did the work. I found that to be a bit fishy, so I continued to research. I came across N-Motion Auto Transport and I am sure glad I did. They never wanted a deposit and didn t think it was right of these other companies asking for one. N-Motion Auto Transport picked our vehicle up on time and actually delivered it a day earlier than they anticipated. I was weary at first to try a new transport company but im glad i did. Joshua Boyle was the main man who helped me through this mess of a transport from hell. I went through almost 20 different companies before using N-Motion. Dependable Auto Shippers was the first company to screw me over royally. They do not CARE about you at all. My truck was a lifted custom Ford F250 with a very wide wheel base. It took a Kaufman or Wedge style trailer to pick it up. Probably half of those companies i called had no idea what those trailers were. How can you run a business for so long and not know what your doing..

Josh called me everyday on updates on finding a trailer for my truck, did everything in his power to get my truck shipped, and knew what he was doing. Want good service, call these people! Sometimes the little guys deserve more credit than big companies like DAS. THEY still owe my deposit back and its been 5 weeks already. I might be taking legal action against them.

I usually don't write reviews about companies, but being in the automotive business for as long as i am, owning a auto body collision shop and building custom muscle cars i like to be treated with respect. N-Motion did. All the others, goodluck...  (more)
