Moonlite Auto Transport - Review

I highly reccomend the service and most important, Ginger McLeod. I had never used a transport service before but needed to get a car out to Nevada. Ginger was VERY PATIENT and answered all of my questions and bent over backwards to reasure me. Without realizing it, I called her late one night after office hours and she still answered the phone and spoke to me with great kindness, humor and understanding.  (more)

I purchased a vehicle sight unseen in New Hampshire. I found Moonlite along with a few others via google maps, Moonlite was literally right up the street from the vehicle location. The reviews for Moonlite were all quite strong, but it was my interactions with Ginger at Moonlite that sealed the deal. Ginger was quite knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with her shoot-you-straight demeanor. Having not had any experience shipping a vehicle, I was initially very leary about the process; she quickly made me feel very comfortable. After I gave her the go ahead, Ginger located someone within just 3 days and the pickup was that day. The vehicle was delivered 2 days later (literally less than a week from when the process started). The price was quite fair and the whole process just easy. Very nicely done Ginger.
