Massey Auto Transport, Oregon - Review

Massey Auto Transport hauled my Corvette & VW from Cal. to Va. recently,and I wanted to thank them for the great job Ruben (the driver) did with my cars. He called ,and kept me informed with his progress all the way to Va. . When the cars were unloaded he was as careful as one could be to make sure everything was just right. Massey , you got a winner when you hired Ruben, because he is just what you expect when you entrust someone with your automobiles.  (more)

Masney Auto Transport was hired to bring a 79 Pontiac Trans Am from Florida to Las Vegas / When the vehicle was received the T-Tops were severely damaged with scratching, and gouging, Masney has refused to honor this claim stating that (1) The tops were damaged after the vehicle was in our care, more than likely by a garage door hitting the tops while we pulled the car in our garage, (2) Masney state that their "app" device shows no scratching on the T-Tops of the vehicle during pickup and delivery / Their "app" pictures as they call it are taken at a distance of 20 feet away from the car, however taking their "app" pictures and blowing them up clearly DO SHOW scratching on the T-Tops at the time of delivery of the vehicle BEFORE we even took possession of the vehicle. The owner of Masney Tracie Hedges stated that she was confident this issue would be resolved to satisfaction - 34 minutes later we receive a denial on the claim. Further communication with Masney has been non existent, It would appear Masney Operatues an Unethical Business and Truthfully does not care about the damage they do to customers vehicles while in their care, they will look for every and any reason to not pay any claim that they know they created.  (more)

I'm in the car business and I have been looking for a company that will handle my shipments from beginning to end!! I have finally found one- I just shipped 4 cars in 3 days and not once did I need to call and see what was going on. The only call I received was to tell me they are here to deliver!! Beautiful!! I am very busy and appreciate a company that takes the responsibility. Thank you !!  (more)

I had excellent service, and an even better driver bringing me my race car , his name was Ruben. He was in stable contact with me, over the 3 days, letting me know where he was, and was a very courteous driver, and did an outstanding job, he was always checking on the race car, to make sure it was strapped down, and was very proficient. I highly suggest him, and I will always request him, for any further deliveries that I might need down the road, thanks once more.  (more)
