: do not use this company!!!
The reason I had chose this company is because I had used them before. I had previously had my Ford Expedition shipped from Florida to Hawaii with only minor issues, all in all my truck made it there in good condition. So whan I needed to ship it back of course I decided to go with the company I had already done buisness with. I booked my appointment to have my truck shipped about a month ago. I also spoke with JP. I should I realized something was kind of fishy because I had asked to speak with Stephan(the guy who booked me last time) and he said that he would book me.I gave him a 150$ deposit and booked for June the 8th. Which is next week but after reading all these reveiws and not being able to contact the company for over a month I wont hold my breath for them to pick up my truck so I am gonna book another company and cross my fingers that my truck gets there ok! : Fantastic company
I searched in online for hours and finally found Mainline auto transport by their good reviews and decided to ship my new car using this transport. I was worried how will i ship my car within a weeks notice but cascade vehicle shipping made it a cake walk.But they exceeded my expectations. The cars were picked up and delivered on time,and loaded and delivered damage free! I was kept informed at all times what was happening.The only minor issues that we had was that the pickup person did not call at all the day of the pickup or drop off, and luckily we were around.Overall I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mainline auto transport. : Easy to deal with this company
After searching this site and receiving calls and emails from other companies I decided to go with Mainline auto transport and I'm glad that I did!!My car was picked on time and delivered on time as plaaned and my car was in perfect condition as I had shipped it.there was no hidden charges and very good serviece at reasonable cost.If you need to have a car transported with care and customer service this is the company to go with. I never had any troubles contacting this company or receiving a return phone call/email.Good job!Keep up your good work. (more)

I planned to ship my car from Florida to Massachusetts and searched in online for hour and found Mainline auto transport.I was extremely nervous about this process, but representative of this company explained about transport process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. My car was delivered to my house, on time, a little dirty, to be expected from open winter transport, but undamaged. Overall, I was very happy with theirs service and performance and would absolutely use them again if ever needed. (more)

: Outstanding Service
I bought a vehicle through eBay out of state. Although eBay offers some transportation options, I am glad that I found good company. Everything went smoothly and the quote was reasonable for the distance.They spent considerable time explaining to me just how the transport industry works and the price was fair and response was timely. I appriciate this company for on time, safe and secure services! THANK YOU!!! I would use this service again and I do not hesitate to recommend Mainline auto transport to others as well. (more)

This transport was a last minute decision and the arrangements were very complicated .I have heard such horror stories about cars being transported, but my experience was excellent. The people were honest. They picked up the vehicle when they said they would. They delivered it when they said the would. The one negative was un clarity about the insurance. I would use Mainline auto transport again and would recommend them to anyone else. (more)

Great company and great service .We were really happy with Mainline auto transport .This is the second time we have used Mainline auto transport and we were very happy both times. In fact, we received our vehicle two days earlier than we expected. The car was in excellent condition and the driver was very professional. We will definately use Mainline auto transport again, if we ever need to transport a vehicle in the future. (more)
