MB Transport - Review

This company was absolutely fantastic. Mike, the owner/operator, answered every question I had. He gave me info on driving my own rental truck across country. His rig was spotless and he was totally professional. My neighbor said that when Mike dropped off my car he was very careful. I had read reviews about other companies and was so apprehensive about delays, damage, etc. The previous high reviews about Mike were right on target. He answered his phone every time I called, even when he was on vacation. I could track him on his GPS before and after he picked up my car. All of this good service and at a price that was lower than most of the companies with good ratings. A must use if I ever have to move a car again.  (more)

Mb auto transport, olive branch Mississippi, or Memphis Tn. Did not pick up on time, three days late. Delivery was scheduled for two days later. Then they said they had an unexpected pickup so it would be three days. O. The third day they said it would be the fourth day. At the end of the fourth day, the dealership called me to tell me that that MB had RETURNED the vehicle to them! mB said the driver quit and returned all the cars on the trailer. Bad, bad, bad news! Do not use these liars.  (more)
