: Simplu Honest People!!
Before calling this company I had called some 5 star company, but just wasted my time!
I called James, he didnot even charge my credit card until the pickup day.
The car (a van) was picked up in east coast and was delivered in west coast in 6 days!
I recommend it to everyone!

: 2nd Time Using Lane By Lane
We have had such a good experience with Lane by Lane we have used their services twice. We used them the first time when moving from San Diego, CA to Raleigh, NC in March 2012. The service delivered by James and corresponding drivers was so up-front, honest, conscientious, easy and priced competitive we went straight to them for auto transport from Raleigh, NC to San Francisco, CA in December 2013. : very poor management team running their business.
There is a company named Lane by Lane Auto Transport providing auto transport services. I availed their services a month back and they still missing outside my door. I have also shifted to my new locality. I am just guessing they have a very poor management team running their business. (more)
