I wish I had done a Google search on this company before I used them. Theey have a long history of quoting a price, taking a deposit, telling you that you pay the balance to the trucker COD, and then the trucker is hired for another price, and you are stuck paying the difference. In my case I was quoted $2,400, I paid a $400 deposit, and then K&C hired Butler Transport to deliver it to me for $2,700. I was stuck paying the $700 without any warning at all. DO NOT USE them under any circumstances. (more)

: worst experience
K and C Auto Transport LLC contacted me about shipping my car They said the time frame would be met at 10 am the next day...next day I stood in the rain to ensure the driver would use the correct driveway. The driver never showed and never contacted me. I called and ended up with nothing. After two pages I told K and C I am forfeiting my deposit and will not use them. The calls to me kept coming...the last call was filthy. The employee told me to
F@#$ off. Everyone I talked to at this company had combined total education of a HS Sophmore...absolutely the worst so-called professional company if you call it that in my life. One word...disgusting! (more)

Every year i Ship My sons and Daughters cars for school and work , the company i use To use no longer is in business , My Daughter said to give K&C Auto Transport a Try i was a Little hesitant at First but decided to Listen to My Daughter and make it Happen , i was helped by a George Lopez and the Rest is History , the price he gave me for both cars was the price i paid (more)

: Terrible customer service.
Rep acted as the driver was confirmed. I did NOT receive confirmation in any way. Was told will get half of deposit after cancelling because driver was confirmed. Driver WAS NOT confirmed! Also, I was just informed, K&C called the guy who will be receiving my car for me and spoke to him as if he was a driver! WTH! They that he was one of their truck drivers apparently! I would recommend do NOT use this place of business! (more)
