Intercity Lines, Inc. - Review

I rarely take the time to review companies I purchase from but I am writing this review about Intercity Lines because we had the unusual opportunity to experience exemplary customer service. The company usually deals with the rich and famous (Jay Leno and many ultra-expensive car owners) but I am just a dad who wanted to have his 24 year old daughter’s first car of her own get to her safely. She lives in a mountain community in California, which makes things tricky. Matt Mriglot from Intercity pulled out all stops to make sure we coordinated with a truck heading west through Chicago, where we bought the car. Tim Sullivan, the truck’s phenomenally experienced driver cared for her used Subaru Outback with the same care and detail as the Ferraris sharing the truck. He stayed in touch with me and my daughter throughout the trip, arranging to meet her in a safe truck stop she which was able to travel to. The car was delivered perfectly and she was thrilled with it. We used Intercity to transport a new purchase from Florida to California. Perfect transaction. Great communication. Not the lowest transport option but not the highest, but the Team and the trucks are the best.  (more)

Intercity Lines office staff and drivers are very professional and take fantastic care of your car while they transport it. They were very communicative in setting up the pickup and while en route. I had a 2001 BMW M Roadster brought from Mississippi to Massachusetts. Their price was only slightly higher (7%) than cheapest quote I got from the typical brokers. I was extra pleased with the husband and wife driver team (Virginia and Bill) that brought my car. Their enclosed trailer was spotless and the car came off ready to show. I have used broker-based shippers in the past and have had cars damaged consistently. My experience with Intercity Lines was a dramatic change from this. Go with Intercity Lines and avoid the nightmare of typical broker-based transport.  (more)

I was very nervous at first, after hearing negative feedback about shipping companies, but after I booked my car with Intercity Lines, all my worries were relieved. They are awesome and always willing to assist me in every way needed. They checked up with me on the shipment and even called two days before delivery to give my heads up. I suggest them to all. Have had autos transported a couple of times in the precedent. Intercity is the first that below promised and over delivered. I now will use them all time we ship a car. Very expert and I knew where the 2008 Lexus was at all times. The car arrived earlier than promised, clean, and unspoiled. A few bucks more but value every penny.  (more)
