Houston Student Movers - Review

I recently moved to Houston with all of my stuff in a UHaul. Student Movers had a good rate and good reviews, so I went ahead and booked them for the 12-4p window. Communication was prompt and professional, with the exception of one hiccup with my reservation, but it was quickly resolved! My 2-man crew gave us a call at around 1 to let us know they were on their way and would be there in about 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes, they had arrived and started moving stuff! That was great. Their method did seem slightly inefficient but it worked for them and everything was completed within the 2 hour minimum we were paying for (although it probably could have been done in closer to 1 if done efficiently, but we were paying for 2 hours regardless, so no worries). Overall, good service for the price you pay. You could definitely get more experienced movers to get everything done more quickly and efficiently, but there a reason those services tend to be more expensive. Houston Student Move was very professional and understanding with my concerns. I've shipped only one car with this company and I personally felt the customer service was excellent. My comfort level was restored after delivery of my car. The driver was extremely helpful and was very careful unloading my new car. I would not hesitate to use Them Again.  (more)
