Fisher Shipping Co - Review

I am an office manager of a dealership that specializes in high end, import used cars in West Chester, PA. I highly recommend Fisher Shipping Company. They are always reachable, reliable, and a joy to work with. The whole team from Dave the owner, to each of the account representatives are helpful, courteous, and make sure that you feel taken care of. When I need to ship any of our most expensive cars, I call Jerry to facilitate. Pricing is always fair and there are no other companies in the industry that are more dedicated to their customers. I have worked with Jerry for about 4 years now and he is my first call when I need to ship a car. Great service. Moved from Boston to California. Adam was patient and friendly, talked me through every detail. They even let us move 75 pounds of stuff with the car. Their quote was the best and I talked to all the big moving companies out there. The pick up had to be coordinated with a neighbor of mine, which went well, and the drop off was very smooth with the driver texting me 1 day ahead and coordinating the time. I called Jerry and his "down to earth" personality really put me at ease. The entire process went smooth. He gave me a competitive quote. The pick up was on time and just as planned. I paid the driver at pick up with a cashiers check (although I could have paid at delivery). During transit I had to change the delivery address and Jerry was more than understanding and accommodating. Delivery went smooth and the car arrived in the same condition as when we loaded it onto the trailer. All-in-all it was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend them if you need to ship your car.  (more)

This was my first experience shipping a car from east coast to west coast. Fisher was the 3rd company I contracted with, the other 2 could'nt do what they said they would do for the agreed price, and I might add a very frustrating 3 weeks before I found Fisher Shipping co.!!! Fisher shipping co. was reccommended by the Cad. dealer I purschased the car from. Dave the owner and Russ the dispatcher were better than fantastic to work with. They had car picked up when they said they would and delivered before they said it would be delivered at the price they quoted me total with no add ons. This was my first time having to ship a car. I'll admit was a bit scared. I did my research and decided to go with Fisher Shipping. I knew from the get go after my first conversation with Dave Fisher(Owner) that my gut told me that I had made the right choice. Price was fair and competative. Car was picked up early and delivered early and there was no damage. Driver kept us informed. If I ever have a need to transport a car again, then will definately use Fisher Transport.  (more)

As a military family we move a lot and often do not have the time or capability to drive both cars across the country. A friend recommended Fisher Shipping Company because of her positive experience with them and they did not disappoint. They were able to ship from various locations with fairly short notice at a very reasonable price. They also accommodated the changing needs of a military household and allowed my friends and family to drop off or receive the car if I could not be there. Fisher Shipping Company also worked around dates that changed several times in the week or two before the shipment. My car has arrived safely at each location and is always there on the day they say it will arrive. I will continue to use Fisher Shipping Company whenever I need a car shipped because I know I can trust them and I know their prices are extremely fair. I was referred to Fisher Shipping by Lexus of Richmond. My car was going to the port to be shipped overseas, and there was a tight schedule that needed to be followed to deliver my car on time. I was a little skeptical at first, but Matt took care of everything. My wife and I were in contact with Fisher Shipping the entire time via Email and phone. The day before my car was scheduled I called after the office was closed and spoke to a very nice woman who took my name and number and even offered to give me a cell phone number for emergencies. The driver ended up calling us that night to schedule a morning pickup. He even offered to meet me at my office if that was more convenient for me. We loaded my car and it was delivered to the port the following day. Thank you for your great service. I will be calling them the next time I need to move a car.  (more)

I had my Jaguar shipped from Florida and Fisher Shipping did an excellent job. They have their own separate insurance coverage on the car and scheduled things very quickly. It was my first time shipping a car, so I was a bit concerned. Jerry took care of everything, gave me a honest quote, and they even got the car here early. I have to admit that Fisher Tansport CO were excellent in finding a driver for my vehicl. The rep promise delivery within the time frame requested, they are very flexible with their customers.
