Enclosed Vehicle Transport, Inc. - Review

I was purchasing a classic car from Washington and needed it transported to Southern California. I spent the better part of a month researching the best way to get it transported. I contacted each of the big three that are frequently used with the auto auctions seen on TV. While they were all interested and could handle the transport, none of them could give me a timeline better than 2-4 months out. I continued searching for an enclosed transport service and found Enclosed Vehicle Transport. My first contact with Kevin was excellent. He offered me two choices, a large enclosed stacking transport, or a non-stacking 2-3 vehicle enclosed transport. I opted for the smaller non-stacking trailer. I had a somewhat short timeline, but I was still somewhat flexible. Kevin was able to arrange a pickup that was spot on. They said they could be there in Washington at noon on a Monday and sure enough, they were spot on. I was informed that transit time would be 2-3 days which was fine. With the vehicle picked up and secured, I was then contacted by Will, the driver. Will said he had one stop before delivering my car and would be at my location about 4 PM on Wednesday. That was going to be an incredible 2 day transit time. I met Will at exactly 3:45 on Wednesday. The vehicle was in perfect condition, just the same as when it was loaded. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I had some sleepless nights, prior to connecting with Kevin, after reading some horror stories on the Better Business Bureau complaint website and other places like Yelp. While I doubt I will ever need another vehicle transport service, I can highly recommend Enclosed Vehicle Transport for your vehicle transport. Should I be mistaken about needing another transport, I know I will only need to make one phone call.  (more)

After Reliable and Passport couldnot guarantee a damage free transport and stated that debree from cars above could damage mine below I found and used Enclosed Vehicle Transport and had the best experiance dealing with Kevin We used an enclosed single stack trailer. He always answers your phone calls and emails promptly. Great communication and made the entire process stress free. His driver does a full walk around and inspection of the car before taking possession of it and had the other party sign a document of inspection. My driver found multiple damage spots on the car which the dealership sales rep failed to disclose. Luckily I had that signed paper which forced the dealership to cover all damage. We just purchased a rare 2008 Mustang Roush P51a in Washington state and needed to have it transported back to our home state of Virginia. We really wanted to transport it in an enclosed trailer since some reviews we read about the open carriers gave us the willies. It was already TUES and the car needed to be loaded that upcoming weekend when we were flying out to WA to finalize the purchase. Still don’t know how Ron Dudley pulled off this little miracle, but on WED he was able to locate a local driver in Washington state just 10 minutes from the car dealership and the driver was available for pick-up that FRIDAY - - OMG, I was in shock and elated all at the same time. Ron was very easy to speak with, patient, and explained everything to me about the transporting transaction and also responded to my multiple email questions in a timely fashion. He even sent me a pic of the driver’s truck and 48 ft single-stack trailer. Nikita was our driver (Autobahn Transport Federal Way WA) and he was exceptional - very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He’s very thorough when inspecting the car and will tell you exactly if and when you car may need to be repositioned during transit. His enclosed trailer has hydraulics to alleviate any heartburn you may have about loading and unloading lowered cars. Nikita kept in touch with us almost everyday and the car arrived 1 week later in the exact same condition and mileage as when he loaded – to say the least WE ARE VERY PLEASED with the delivery of our new baby!! We came prepared with protective covers for the seats, steering wheel and carpet. Enclosed transport can be somewhat dusty, so my lesson-learned is to buy a cheap car cover the next time I need to move a car. THANK YOU BOTH for your immediate, exceptional service!!  (more)

We purchased a racecar from Indiana and wanted it delivered to Florida in an enclosed trailer. This racecar did not have a motor and the tires were slicks. I called a few companies and asked questions/received quotes. I found this site and after reading many reviews on transport companies, I chose Enclosed Vehicle Transport. They were more expensive than some of the other places, but after paying many thousands on a car, I wasn't going to skimp on the delivery. I dealt with Kevin first then Rob Dudley. They were both very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Another company took forever to call back, left me on hold etc. We agreed to go with Enclosed Vehical Transport on Thursday April 5th. Rob said it would be about five days for pickup. We received a call on the afternoon of the 5th saying they could pick it up on the 6th. The driver met with the seller on the 6th exactly on time. The seller said the driver was knowledgeable and careful. The enclosed trailer was huge. On the 7th about 4:00pm the driver rolled up to our house with the racecar. He helped us unload it and was very nice. I could not believe that in less than three days from placing the order, the car was in our driveway. The only comment that isn't super positive was the dispatcher was difficult to understand. Even with that, I am thrilled with this company!  (more)

The pickup location wasn't an easy one but they did it within 72 hrs of my requested and actually delivered it before I expected and in the same condition they picked up. Enclosed vehicle transport was really a good concern to believe and place our transactions.  (more)
