: disappointment with the service
i was very disapointed!!! they did not deliver promptly, when i spoke to them at 1pm for the pick up they are 2 hrs away from my location they gave me window time between 3-6 then 6-7 then 7-8 eventually picked up on a wed at 8:45...they never called i was contacting them the whole time since they did not show up the 1st 2nd & 3rd time. he blamed the rain, then the driver told me it will be there monday, which i told them when i placed the request that it must be there by monday....well that did not happen we got it 7days later at 9:20pm on tuesday!!! really??!!! do not believe what they say to you! then they gave me one quote then charged me an additional $100! they lie, and are not trustworthy!!! save yourself a headache and stress do not use them (more)

Liz was great! She communicated and replied quickly to my questions.I also spoke with the driver to talk about pick up day. I’ve hired 3 other companies and they didn’t do as good of a job as. If you’ve never shipped before do not be concerned about when you’ll get your car. These drivers have enough stress coordinating pick up and deliveries across the country. When you ship Contact them for updates but never be one of these “I want my car today” people. Patience. My car arrived within the couple of days that they talked about. : Dude, WHERES MY CAR?
I am still waiting to hear when my car is coming in. Have called 4 different numbers for elite and left multiple voice mails...have also sent emails.
I have to make sure I'm available when/if the car shows up...
They take your deposit then stop returning calls.
Find an auto shipped that's more responsive. (more)

: No help damaged vehicle
My car came in damaged. Body damage, subframe damage. The insurance company for the carrier is denying the claim. The carrier is denying the damage and Elite washed their hands by giving me the carriers insurance information which was outdated. DO NOT USE ELITE or their sub-contractor out of the Denver Colorado area, Monarch Inc.
The owners at Monarch were belligerent and rude, the drivers were incompetent butchers that have left me with thousands of dollars of damage to a classic vehicle (more)
