: Car Delivered Damaged
When the cars where delivered, the hood on my BMW was damaged as were the side window panels. I contacted Mr. White on 7/8 and informed him that the car was damaged. He acknowledged the damage and said that the person helping him did not know what he was doing. He asked me to fax an estimate and he would pay to repair my car. I did so on 7/12. I also sent a registered letter on 7/26. I called and left messages on 8/6, 8/11/ 812 with no return call. On 8/13 I called the Agent who hooked me up with Economy Transport. He told them he would pay for the damages if I sent 3 estimates. On 8/28, I sent three estimates to his fax and also by certified mail. The repair is $1,862. Paul White, owner of Economy Transport has never responded to my calls or letters.

: Pleased with the service
Economy Transport Company is the professional and they had great communication throughout the process. They delivered my vehicle as they promised, even when the pickup location had an ice storm. I am much pleased with the service and ease of the transaction. This is the best customer service I have seen in my life. The entire process was excellent and I loved the company. (more)

: Trustful Company!!
Wow, less than 3 days! Never did it so fast! From Texas to Washington! Really much impressive. Clean, no issues, no problems, on time, great drivers and cost was reasonable. This company was the absolutely the best one, Trust them, they are really nice! (more)
