They were great! Kelly quoted a price and never pressured us but kept in touch and even gave us a better price once it was time to transport due to filling the truck. The vehicle was picked up on time and the driver kept us informed the whole way. It was delivered in perfect condition and quickly. I have to say that my husband and I, we are more than happy with the service we received Door to Door Transport. Roy was amazingly helpful, comprehensive, very much professional, with a great work ethic and communication was excellent. He offered us a quote and later on even got us a discount, they promised a pickup date which it was followed, as well as a exact time for pick-up. The driver was at my house at 9:00 sharp My husband and I feel so grateful to have found this company. We needed our car to be transported From Miami Florida to Hartford Connecticut, they picked up our car on a Friday a 9AM and by Sunday our car was already in our drop off location by 2PM. and they had notified us in the quote that it would take at least 3 to 5 days to arrive when we signed the contract, that is to say that their excellent service was even more wonderful than what we had estimated. It only took them 2 days and a half to ship and deliver our car. It was a surprisingly fast and great Transportation Service. Julio the driver was very amicable, responsible, with great communication through all the process. We are very happy and for sure will recommend them to our family and friends and for sure keep doing business with them on the future.  (more)

Hired this company to assign me a driver for my upcoming move from NJ to TN. Upon seeing their abundance of negative reviews I was a little nervous and apprehensive of the process and results but I can easily say I am extremely satisfied. Mikela went above and beyond for me and was a pleasure to work with. The company they dispatched to me was called Jamhuri Auto LLC. The driver was on time, as well as very nice and accommodating. He set me at ease with any questions I had and was helpful with any requests I had. My car was promptly delivered to my new home only 2.5 days later which was perfect! I highly recommend giving this transport company a chance as not all of their reviews are bad and they were definitely one of the more affordable auto transport companies out there  (more)
