I just got your voicemail about the pickup for tomorrow morning. That is great news! I appreciate your follow through. When I called your company earlier this month to get a quote, it was your customer service and how honest you came across that earned my business. The price was about the same for most services but you guys just seemed like you have your act together. Again I appreciate you fixing the pickup issue and I would appreciate any update on the delivery date. I have driven a POS truck for the past 4 years so that I could save up and buy this vehicle. I am glad that I used this transport for shipping my car from Kentucky to California.The company was very responsive to our situation of time lines and my car arrived on time with no damage and the driver was helpful. I was very pleased with how the process was handled and the effort she put forth to try to connect me with a truck, even when I was late returning her calls. Thanks Discount Auto Shippers for all your help and please thank the carrier for us too he did a great job!!!!!
