I would definitely refer this company to my friends and family. They had great customer service. I was nervous at first about shipping my car but Bryan went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. It was affordable and saved me a lot of time and hassle. My Taurus arrived on time and in the same condition. I could not be more pleased with my experience working with Direct Auto Movers. Thanks again Bryan!

: Overcharged me for delivery, will not return mesages
I had an agreement with Direct Auto Movers to deliver my ford truck for $100 over invoice. Truck arrived ok, I paid the driver and later found out Direct Auto had overcharged me $322. They will not return my messages.
I will not do business with these people in the future. Beware! (more)

I called up to many companies and spoke with many of them regarding transporting my vehicle, None of them sounds professional and many took lot of time to solve my queries and small issues. I had a very pleasant experience with Direct Auto Movers. I choose this company after receiving dozens of quotes, based on a referral from a family member. The whole process was explained very well and completed in a timely manner. They were courteous and prompt in responding to my calls. I received regular updates from the company through email and they also were pretty good with finding an actual driver for the car. Overall I was highly satisfied with Direct Auto Movers and recommend them to anyone. (more)
