I paid for door to door service. But the driver refused to bring my car to to my door in the destination city He brought it to the closest interstate exit and wanted me to meet him there Huh Why the heck do they call it door to door if they do not deliver it to your door He started arguing with me because he was afraid to go over a bridge in Chicago. It was not snowing or anything if he was afraid why could not take another route There are at least 6 ways to get to my place. The car was intact but I feel jipped (more)

Dakota auto transport was able to get my car within a day. My car arrived three days later. I was very happy with the entire experience. Dakota Transport was great. I had contact with the driver; the entire process was smooth because of him. They are very informative too, they thought me few information's which are not known to me. Thank u! (more)
