I recently shipped my truck from Virginia to Alabama and contacted DNA after receiving their quote. The price was great, but the customer service was outstanding. I had shipped a vehicle from New Mexico to Virginia the previous year and had a terrible experience with another company. Eileen was very helpful and assured me that everything would taken care of and she would find me the best price and drivers that I could trust. She went above and beyond my expectations. The drivers, Mike and Laura with Bearden Transport, were extremely friendly and courteous. My truck was received by my father and he was also impressed with the service and professionalism of the drivers. I would highly recommend this company for any move assistance and will use them again, without hesitation, in the future. Thank you again Eileen, Mike and Laura. You guys are awesome.

: Fantastic Service
Eileen is top shelf. She never gave up on us and got us a great deal getting our truck moved from California to Minnesota. Even though you may not hear back for a few days, know that she is on it, have no fear. It was a big weight off my shoulders and I cannot thank her enough. I worked directly with Eileen. She promised that she would get my car on a truck before anyone else could..And she did! She also took into account that the car I was shipping was very low and had the best driver for the job. I will be using DNA again in the near future!! Thanks Eileen! (more)

DNA Transport quickly found a company to safely and quickly transport my vehicle. Their rates were fair/matched the industry standard. I highly recommend using DNA Transport! They are a small business that really cares about customer service! (more)
