: Excellent explanation of rates and excellent service
This is the first time using the Car-Ex Shipping to ship my car from California to Kentucky.My car was picked up the day after the offer was accepted and the car was actually delivered one day earlier than I had been told. Nothing was wrong with the car!!! Just a little dirty from the snow and crappy road conditions so nothing to fault him for. Customer service from the contact person to the driver was excellent and I would recommend the company and use them again for my vehicle transport needs. Thanks again to all you guys at the Car-Ex Shipping and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a smooth transaction. (more)

I am glad that I used this transport for transporting my car across the country.Staffs at at Car-Ex Shipping was extremely cooperative and helpful. The customer service and the person who arranged all the proceedings was very helpful, as they, said my car was picked up on time and delivered on time(4 days)they promised. Online contact and information was very easy and convenient in making sure everything happened in a timely manner.We appreciate and highly recommend Car-Ex Shipping as they worked hard to accommodate our needs and always treated us with respect. : Very Fast Delivery
I selected Car-Ex Shipping by seeing the good reviews in the website.Staffs were very professional from start to finish in trying to fix date on the delivery of my car.They kept me updated and quickly responed to my emails and questions and explained the entire process in great detail. My vechile was picked up on time and delivered right when i needed it to be,but little dirty.That was expected due to bad storm and I understood that there is no fault with company.Overall I was satisfied with this company and I would recommend this company to my family and to all my friends. This was the first time I used a Car-Ex Shipping to move my car. I have used other companies in the past, but have found Wise to be the best at giving me the lowest prices and still able to provide me with fast and reliable service. I am very impressed with the level of service I received from Car-Ex Shipping and would gladly recommend them to anyone. The price was the cheapest but I had the fantastic experience. Great customer service!! All my questions were answered and requests were honored accordingly. Everything went perfect, and my vehicle arrived in good condition.
