CAA Transport & Logistics was the company that was subcontracted through another trusted company my father used in the past. My car was picked up on time in California with no complications, and the driver who did the initial pick-up was professional and friendly.
Attempting to contact their offices to get a date and time for arrival proved to be a challenge; however, I was able to finally get the drivers cell from their offices. The driver cell went straight to mailbox after no answer, with the mailbox already full so I was unable to leave a message. The company got in contact with the driver, who then called me and we discussed the details of the delivery.
The car arrived on time with no damage, and the items I left in the car were all accounted for and undamaged. While this company seems to have many negative reviews between various websites my experience was ultimately positive and have no reason to hesitate using them in the future. My only criticism would be for them to improve communication between driver and client, or perhaps the ability to check on the status of their car online. (more)

: cheapest company to use
We shipped a car from CA to MA in August. The driver made us meet him 20 minutes away because he would not deliver the car to a residential area. We were out of town and it was a burden on my parents to go meet him.
In October we had to ship our second car out and went with CAA again because they are the cheapest company to use. We did not have plates on the car and told them in advance. Jennifer told us that they could deliver the car within 5 miles. When the driver called, he wanted to meet us at the same shopping plaza. We told him we were not comfortable driving the car that far, in addition, my husband works an hour away and my parents are out of town. I had no one to drive me there and I have a 7 month old baby. After a little hassle, Jennifer offered to have the driver leave his truck down the road, drive our car to our house, and then pay for a taxi for him to get back to his truck.
By the time the driver arrived my husband was home from work and was able to meet him and drive him back to his truck. It was a bit of a commotion because the driver did not speak English well. It would be better to go with someone that can deliver the car directly to your home. However, I am impressed with lengths that CAA was willing to go to make this work for us. (more)

: Shady company
Stay away from this company. They are shady and never answer calls. They went to pickup my car and made up some lies about how vehicle was not available for pickup. I do not trust hem and I strongly recommend take your business elsewhere. This is not how you run a business guys. Next stop is BBB. (more)

I suggest you read them before hiring this company. They also are rated F with the BBB for refusing to respond to several complaints filed.
Mike the "manager" hung-up on me when I asked to speak to his boss. He enjoys talking over his customers and generally not giving a F*. Did I mention my car was damaged while in transport? $800 in repairs. (more)

: I am in good hands.
These guys are world class professionals. Yes I am talking about Peter, Jake, Jacob, and Chris.
Because of the nature of my job I kept changing the pickup date on them. I was upset at myself for doing this. To my surprise they handled it very well.
Just when I thought I have caused enough problems to them. I forgot my wallet in one of vehicles that got picked up this morning. What an idiot! I got a hold of Jacob and he went out his way trying to help me to get my wallet back. What a coordinated effort between him and his driver!
These guys are for real. I am very happy with what I have seen so far.
