Bluestar Auto Movers - Review

I highered Bluestar for enclosed transport from FL to NY. I worked with Yoshi to move my newly purchased Corvette C8 from Florida to New York. He also arranged the transport of my Porsche trade in from NY to FL for the dealer. Both cars were picked up and delivered flawlessly. The equipment and drivers were top notch and very professional. Sold a Shelby GT 500 the movers met me the day after thanksgiving with two days notice and a cheaper price than most. Two guys showed up at the dealership. These guys are awesome. When I say they went above and beyond I mean I will never use anyone but them. These guys are pros! You have my business for life because you understand whta customer service is.  (more)

After seeing their record with the BBB, I was very skeptical. Bluestar had the lowest rate and promised the fastest service. Another two red flags! The salesperson insisted that BBB did not have a good representation of their company and directed me to several third party review sites. After reading several good and bad reviews on www.transportreviews.com and emailing some previous customers, I gave them my business. I moved my brand new Mazda Tribute from Ft. Lauderdale to Los Angeles (UCLA) with no problems. They answered all my ridiculous questions without any hesitation. My car arrived 6 days later. It was a little dirty but no damage. I will definitely use them when I go back home and I recommend them to anyone shipping their vehicle.  (more)

Jay was my contact person at BlueStar Auto Movers. Jay told me that once my vehicle was picked up from the dealership BlueStar would contact me. This never happened and I had to make the call to find out for myself. Jay also said that I would be kept in contact by the carrier which was Jordan Transervice, every so often during the transport of my vehicle. This also never happened and once again I had to make a call to Jay to get phone number of the individual transporting my vehicle. Once my vehicle arrived Jordan Transservice driver was very friendly. The vehicle inspection from the dealership could have been better. The communication on the part of Bluestar was not very good at all.  (more)

I promised my brother i would take care of the delivery of his car for him and it was blue star that I called to handle it for us. I was thinking that this would be difficult and take up a lot of my time but it is not so hard at all. I found some pretty good car delivery guys.  (more)

I had my subaru hauled by blue star some time ago. It was easy keeping in touch with them and they have patient people on their staff. they never once seemed cross even after my persistent phone calls asking about the car. it came in clean condition.  (more)

they brought my car from jersey in time. There were no scratches found on the car. I must say that the driver was a nice guy who was patient with me. I took a lot of time looking for any damages on the car and found none. they came on time and it was free of any damage. i would use their service again  (more)

i found blue star by searching online and i am lucky i found them. i tried the other companies that i found and i had a hard time on their customer service. blue star though has great customer service and it we had an understanding in short notice. they did what i needed and i got a good price. i would say they are pretty good  (more)

I think i was lucky i got them. the original company i was going to choose seemed not so good the last minute when i overheard from somebody how they were ripped off. it was a chance encounter at a coffee shop. i went with blue star and everything went smoothly. pick up was on time and the delivery was early. Great experience, I used Bluestar Auto Movers to transport my bosses car from Oregon to Texas.Last minute pickup and early delivery.Driver called me and updated the status of delivery of my car and there were always some person to answer my questions.Was glad I called bears instead of the companies that pay their customers to submit glowing reviews. I planned to move my car from California to New York .I was a little worried sending my car on an open carrier since it was a classic car with a new paint job but the company was able to agree to my requests that would lower the chance of the damaging the paint job that would come with sending it on an open truck.Driver delivered my car on time as he said and there was no damage to my car.There was a surchage ($50) for the instant service but worth it for me.I am happy withtheir service.I would refer this company to my friends and friends .  (more)
