Subject : not satisfied with service

Bought a new car from a dealer in Great Falls and the dealer arranged shipping through Big Sky. Three weeks later I still did not have a ship date (let alone the car). When I called to find out what was going on, I was told they are not going to ship the car because I called. WTF Thats no way to treat a customer or run a business.  (more)
