B&T Auto Transport - Review

Can we say false advertizing This company uses the name Express Auto Transport because it sounds like the names of other reputable companies. They are hoping to accidently get comstomers by posing as a real car shipping company. I had my car stereo stolen while my car was shipped with this company. I called them several times and they always put me off saying that someone would call me back. They never did. This company will not cover anything lost or stolen or damaged on your vehicle. So unless you drive a piece of junk find a more reputable company. BT Express Auto transport has horrible customer service and they will not cover your losses with their so called insurance. Pick a company that does not use a middle man. Do not make the same mistake that I did.  (more)

After doing some research i decided to use B&T Auto Transport due to the rating with the BBB. From start to finish mercury was great,they always kept in contact with me and the driver was very accommodating .My car was picked on time and delivered on time as expected,but little dirty.Driver explained me the situation and it was acceptable.Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole experience was polite and very accommodating and I would highly recommend B&T Auto Transport to anyone who needs it!!  (more)

I was worried about shipping my car across the country.My friend refered me this company.From beginning to end they done the job very well.I am pleased with the service I received from B&T Auto Transport.The pick up and delivery were right on time and I was impressed with the carrier as well for their professionalism. This is the first time in shipping my car from California to Massachusetts using the Transport company.They made everything easy and the driver made sure i was comfortable with him taking my car and gave me a number i could reach him at anytime. B&T transport was great! Very Professional, Very Reliable, Excellent Customer Service!!! I was very happy with the on time service offered by B&T Auto Transport and my 2002 Neon arrived to California from Massachusetts without any damages on time. The price offered was competitive and the driver was professional, helpful and on time. Driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and he updated the status of my car. Before choosing B&T Auto Transport , I spoke with a few different transport companies that were each able to offer me reasonable quotes, but only B&T Auto Transport could provide me an adequate time frame. The driver was very courteous and answered all questions patiently. My car wasn't damaged and although it was a little dirty, that was to be expected given it was an open trailer. We had a good experience dealing with B&T Auto Transport Services. Highly recommended.  (more)

The b&t auto transport company was very prompt and responsive. Service was excellent and reliable .The truck driver was very professional .In addition to all of the good reviews and professional service, the price was right and lower than most others. This carrier was quick to reply to my email inquiries, was very knowledgeable and offered great pricing.
