: great experience
After searching for an auto transport service for weeks this was the best one I came across. I was given the run around with multiple other companies in Phoenix to have my car transported to Los Angeles.
This company scheduled me right away and picked up my car the very next day. I was contacted professionally with updates for my scheduled pick up and the driver was right on time. He also contacted me directly to let me know his status before picking up my vehicle. Friendly, reliable, and for the best price. I definitely recommend getting your vehicle transported by this company. (more)

I found a car on a dealer lot, 3 states away that I wanted, so I bought it sight unseen, except for the pictures the salesperson sent me, including those when it was loaded onto the trailer. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered to my door, but the driver calls at 4:30 saying he’s running late and wants me to pick it up at ATG’s facility in Farr West, Utah, 25 miles away. I get there and no one at the facility knows anything about my car. They point me out to where the driver is unloading cars from a truck, saying he might know. Anyway, I watch the driver carefully unload 5 cars and he tells me he’s already given the keys to the manager. Suddenly, the manager who didn’t know anything remembers my car and brings it to me. It’s filthy, like been mudding, filthy. He gives me the keys and I leave, directly to the car wash, where I discover huge scratches and body damage on the passenger side. I immediately take pictures. I go back, but they are closed. However, the driver who brought my car in was still there. I show him the damage and he says it was perfect when he unloaded it from the truck. He also told me that the manager and a younger employee were driving my car before I arrived. The next day, I call the manager and he says he nor anyone else at the facility drove my car. Regardless, I told him I wanted the car repaired and to be compensated for the reduced value due to a repaired car report. He refused. Needless to say, I have photographic evidence that my car was perfect when it left the dealer, but was damaged while in ATG’s group’s possession. I’ve since found pictures of my car on some of the employees social media pages. When you buy an $85,000 car, you expect it will be handled with care and better than these crooks did. (more)

they pick up my sons car to take it to university, the service was incredible good, price was affordable ,and to me the most important issue was that it was: no fee hiding , on time to deliver and to pick up, they ensure to keep me contacted from beginning to end. thank you Auto transport Group for the great service.. : *DO NOT USE* Auto Transpoert Group
All fine until received quotes from Sean. Advertising says no up front deposit but then when you place the order, all of a sudden a deposit is required. Never pay these deposits because then you are at there Mercy, believe me. I have dealt with numerous Auto shipping brokers before, this ranks right up there with one of the worst. Paid extra for 1-7 day pick up of vehicle. After about 20 days of hearing nothing regarding the pick up I call Sean, he says wow ya he will look into it and will call me back. 2 days later no call back from Sean. So I have to call and call and finally get ahold of Sean again. Sends me to Anthony, says he will see whats going on and call me back. Wow, he actually calls me back, says he has 3 drivers but wants to wait till Thursday to schedule one that way he has a back up. He says he gaurantees a truck will be there at the latest on Saturday morning to pick up vehicle. This will be 28 days since order placed, I am not happy but relieved finally picking up vehicle. Guy I bought the car from says he will call me when they pick it up as I called him to let him know they said Saturday morning at the latest. Saturday morning arrives and guess what, no phone call. I wait until noon and e-mail Sean, he forwards e-mail to Anthony and says Anthony will call me. Guess what again, no phone call, just blew me right off again. I tried calling all weekend but no answer. On Monday, 4/8 I get ahold of Anthony, he acts all surprised, Again he will check into things, doesn't understand, ect. Says he will call me back, again nothing. At this point a month later I am stressed and really upset. Vehicle is only 410 miles away from me, 8 hr drive. I tell them to cancel my order and refund my $130.00. Guess what, no refund yet and it was done thru paypal, I know it takes like 2 minutes to refund. So that's where i'm at, not only did they never pick up the car, they are trying to keep my deposit. Unbelievable, how is this legal for a company operate this way?????
