Shawn was more the patience and accommodating with moving my truck from Texas to Florida. He was very kind and worked with my travel schedule to delivery the truck in a timely manner. I contacted Aryan Transport on June 11th 2012 spoke with Shawn after discussing my shipping needs I specifically requested that I'm in urgent need of my car because I'm starting my new job the following Monday in California. So I request that you can promptly pickup my car before I leave and have it delivered to my house in California. I placed my order on June 11th 2012 and that same after a driver contacted literally 4 Hours later to tell me that he will pick up my vehicle after 5PM if that's OK or can come early in the Morning if I prefer. I was stunned because from the time I placed my order received a call 4 hours later and then the driver was waiting at my house before 5PM on Monday loaded my car explained everything to me left a copy of bill of lading. He inspected my car outside and inside. I was impressed with their service it was amazing because the process is so smooth and very detailed. I highly recommend Aryan Transport to anyone all my co workers, friends and family. Shawn thank you so much for all your help, you are life save and by far you are a very professional individual when it comes to your line of work. On March 30th I called Aryan transport and talked to Shawn. I told him that I had a car in Mercedes, Tx that I needed picked up before April 5th and brought to my by April 11th. He said " Absolutely, no problem. We can probably get it picked up today" I said great and gave him a 204 dollar deposit, the rest to be paid in cash upon arrival of the car. April 4th , 5th , 6th go by and it is still not picked up almost 2 weeks after I called. I am now having to pay storage since it wasn't picked up by 5 pm on april 4th. Every time I call or email he just sends back the essential that " to bad" they will get it at their convenice and deposits are non refundable. I ended up having to drive down myself with a car trailer and pick it up. The total for lost deposit , storage , gas , and lost work was 1,183.72 that I would have saved if I would have just never called them. BEWARE , they promise anything that you want until you give them their money. Someone has to stop them. They saw the pictures of the car and where it was before taking my money and fully agreed to transport the car. They called me 2 weeks later and said they would refund my deposit, and here it is well over a month later and no refund of the deposit. I feel I have no choice but to hire a lawyer.  (more)

I was lucky to come across its name through website and after reading few reviews i felt comfortable to ship with them. Representative of Aryan Transport was excellent in answering my questions and the rate was the lowest compared to other companies.My car was picked on expected date and delivered on time but little dirty.Driver explained me the situation and as it was open carrier it was acceptable.I will never use any other transporting company other than Aryan Transport and I would highly recommend this company for on time, safe and secure services!  (more)
