The company is very responsive to our situation of timeliness. The car arrived on time with no damage and the driver was helpful. Around the Globe Auto Transport was very helpful in assisting us with a pick up time as my daughter, who was moving back home, had a work schedule to deal with. Stay away from this company! First, they are brokers, not an auto transport company, which they do not tell you. I called in late October after getting their low bid to move my pickup truck from Maine to Montana. The man I talked with, Kevin Chang, was very nice and assured me that my truck would be picked up November 4th and delivered door-to-door to my new home. I signed a contract and gave them a deposit of $190. That was the last time I ever heard from them! They did not show up or call, day after day. I called them every day, and their phone service is horrible! You get voice mail, get put on hold forever, get disconnected multiple times and have to call back and wait forever again! Then they tell you that they will pick up your vehicle the next day, and they do not or even let you know. Finally after 12 days of hearing the same lies, they say they do not have any driver in the area and do not know when they will, that business is slow, that it is a hard route, etc. I am totally disgusted! I emailed Kevin, and he never answered. They have said they will refund my deposit, which I am waiting to see if they do. Meanwhile, I have been in Montana for over a week with no truck! Now I have to start fresh with someone else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!  (more)
