: Want your money stolen?
On August 26th, 2011, I signed a contract with All Day Auto Transport to have my truck listed for transport for a broker fee of 125. This contract explicitly states "I understand that I may cancel my order at any time after 10 business days of the estimated pick up date and the broker fee will be refunded in full." In fact, I had an email conversation with Jenna at All Day Auto Transport where I asked her exactly what I needed to do to qualify for this refund. Her response to what it means to be dispatched led to this statement: "Sorry, I understand what you are asking now. I think you are referring to the $125 not being refundable once it's dispatched. Once we have a driver set up then it is dispatched but when that happens the driver wants to pick up your vehicle. We will forward you all their information just so you have it. The driver then will contact you the day before pick up to schedule the time with you so you don't have to wait around all day. It goes very smooth. If we don't get your car moved we don't get paid (the deposit is refundable)." THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE. I contacted them on September 14th, which is 13 business days after listing, to cancel my order. They had not been able to find me a driver. So, I asked for a refund. They stated that it would take at most 7 days to issue my refund and were polite at the time. They even told me that they issued the refund and just to wait. It is November 4th, 2011. I have emailed and called at least once a week to check on my refund. Jenna and Kara at All Day Auto Transport do not answer my phone calls or emails. No refund has been issued to my account. My order number is 94967. I want my money back! I also posted this complaint at the better business bureau site and they claim that the deposit is not refundable. But, I have the contract and the emails to prove my claim. They took my money for not providing any services. (more)
