All American Transport, Burlingame, CA - Review

Disaster, Horrible, Aggravation, Time Lost.... STAY AWAY. Some of the words to describe my experience with this company. Here's a quick summary of company: Pros = Friendly customer service Cons= Damaged car, combative subcontracted drivers, lost time running around getting estimates, offers of less to repair car, headaches, waste of time..... I've used this company twice for cross country transport and BOTH times my car was damaged! YES you read that correct, 2 out 2 they delivered my car damaged. You are asking why use them the 2nd time but I gave them a benefit of the doubt b/c of the friendly and polite customer service. Boy was I fooled!!!! The first time, my car's rooftop was damaged. Apparently this can happen with the type of open transport used combined with an irresponsible driver not putting the ramp all the way up.The driver attempted to sneak the damage through but a big hole the size of a silver dollar on my rooftop will be noticed! All American was very sympathetic  (more)

Thanks a lot to L&K Auto TransportAll American Transport who delivered the most excellent service at the last minute. After another company showed their irresponsibility, I had to do a very last minute booking. All American Transport did a amazing job with staying in thouch with me and staying professional.
