After providing him the basic facts, he immediately gave me a quote, which was very competitive, and informed me we could schedule it as soon as it was ready. About a week later, I told him it was ready and within an hour he contacted me with options for pickup and drop off days/times to choose from. I chose the best combination that worked for me, we got it scheduled, and the pick up and drop off later that week went off without a hitch. This company was great in all aspects. Their quality of service could not have been improved, from the moment of contact to the car delivery.
