: Lies.
I was told one thing on how this process would take place and the amount of time of
delivery of my car. I called many times to see when my car would be shipped, and was always told it would be a few days. the customer service chat person was totally rude and unprofessional when trying to find out when it would be delivered. Answers like "well it is what it is". Could not get any good answers from anyone, and could not even get management to talk to.
Never would recommend this company, out of Arizona. (more)

CARMOVES is most likely one of the most unprofessional companies that I have worked with. If I would not have called near daily to check the status of pick-up, I would have not found out that they had no intention of transporting my vehicle at the price they quoted. When I called, I asked why they had not expressed concern earlier than the day of pick-up. The sales rep (TJ) stated that I had just "slipped through the cracks". Needless to say I hired another auto transport company and am now attempting to get my $200 back. I was told that the $200 down payment would secure the price and date windows...I guess not the case. CARMOVES made no attempt to honor either. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They brag about being in business for 29 years...it is in the best interest of the public that they not be in business for 30 years. It took longer than predictable to get the car picked-up but I had a flexible schedule so it wasn't an issue. Specialty Mobile increased the amount being obtainable to the carrier to get the car moved. Once a carrier was assigned the pickup and drop-off went easily. (more)

I recently moved to California and for the first time I had to use a transport service to move my vehicle. Representative of A Advantage Logistics was helpful and explained me the whole transportation process clearly and gained my confidence.As expected my car was picked on time and delivered on time as expected.I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Advantage Logistics.Thanks Advantage Logistics for all your help and please thank the carrier for us too he did a great job!!!!! : Perfect and timely service!
I was very pleased with the service they offered. Pickup was ontime and delivery was early. The pick up person was very courteous and upfront and informed of the delivery. There was no damage and a very easy transaction. I was very happy to get my car in good condition. The contacts were very couteous and very prompt when I had a question. I was very happy with Carmoves right from the beginning. Carmoves was less expensive than other carriers .They were very Professional and prompt. They were very easy to work with .It was a great experience and I'm quite pleased with the entire process. I would definitely work/recommend Carmoves for any car shipping. (more)
