4U Auto Transport - Review

Using 4U Auto Transport was an easy process. Dottie was helpful in setting this up. The driver showed up on time and gave a call beforehand to let me know he was on his way. The drop off was just as smooth. I would recommend and use again in the future.  (more)

beware, jonathan r. transportcars4u, i used this company with this agent, to transport a car from long beach, ca to fort benning, ga. i will never transport car with them anymore, they ask $200 more before drop off of the car. and will say we will return the downpayment which is $200. they will never return your money, i called them several times- 800-294-7110, 305-240-6206, 954-378-3221. answering machine and you cannot leave a message. i spoke one to a person by the name of charly, which supposedly the manager, states i will get to the bottom of it but until now, they did not return the $200.  (more)

4uAutotransport is a joke they quote you a low amount and they can not deliver service. I was told a day for pick up but they never picked up my car nor was I able to contact them. Be careful with this car broker.  (more)

I took the time to write this because 4U Transport did such a good job for me that I felt happy about them. The car was picked up at the time promised. They sent a single vehicle truck because of our steep and narrow road. The driver was cordial and helpful and provided me with his name and cell phone number in case of questions about delivery. Delivery, estimated to be in 3 days. The car arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was totally without hassle. I'm a very satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  (more)

The 4U Auto Transport quote was among the best I received (California to Michigan for $850), and the service was far beyond what I expected.My car was picked up as they told, communication was excellent and the car was delivered a day latter.Transporting a vehicle is an event that you have to leave plenty of time in advance to bear whether and any other unexpected changes that can impact the shipping date. 4U Auto Transport was very helpful along the way in answering my questions. Have used this company on numerous occasions, and have found them to be the most reputable car transport company. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this transport and I would definitely suggest them to all friends.  (more)

I'm in the military and I had just moved from the west coast to the east coast and needed to ship my vehicle asap to my location. So the first shipping company could not deliver. In fact I had a really bad expereince with them. Thats when I happened upon this website. I read some reviews and was getting very discouraged with all the bad reviews, but I did find a few good reviews. I chose 4u auto Transport because, out of all their reviews, they were all good reviews. Vehicle pickup was great. The contracted truck driver kept in touch with me the whole time. I was actually surprised that it arrived a day early. There was no damage to my vehicle what so ever and Nichole at Hilton kept in touch to ensure prompt service was provided.
