: The driver was efficient and helpful.
We entertained bids from numerous companies, but chose 477 because the price was competitive and the service provided by Carlos from initial phone call to delivery was excellent. The car was picked up later than the target date, but time was not of the essence in our case, so it did not cause a problem. The driver was efficient and helpful. We would use them again. (more)

: Worst Company Ever!!!
This was the worst company, I have ever used in my life. Customer service was terrible!! Not only did they not show up to pick-up my vechicle, one of their employees stole my credit card number and made numorous fraudulent charges. They refused to refund my deposit, I have had to hire an attorney!!! Save yourself the headache and do not use 477 Express Auto! (more)

they got my credit card number and made $800.00 of fruadulent charge. I had to change my card number and in the process of filing a police report (more)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They give a low ball quote andprovide lousy service. They lie about the pic up and delivery times. When the driver arrives to deliver the car expect to pay more than what was quoted. (more)
